Shipping documents are checked to verify their conformity to buyer’s instructions and sent well in advance to the buyer. As a policy, we insist that all our cargo must be handled only by a reputed forwarder or by clients nominated forwarder, so that, we can get completely correct information in time about exact sailing details, ETD / ETA of vessels and we always try to prioritize in booking and loading as per stipulated possible time so that we can always ship on time. In suitable circumstances, we may arrange grouping of cargo arriving from different suppliers. This system enables the buyer to import several consignments as one lot and reduces his import cost on freight, clearing, forwarding and cargo handling.

To avoid demurrage at destination, we collect copies of shipping documents such as B/L, AWB, Invoice, Packing list, original G.S.P., Certificate of Origin, Export Certificate etc. from all suppliers immediately after shipment and forward it to respective buyers. Should there still arise any misunderstanding or dissatisfaction in respect of any order, we actively help in finding a mutually acceptable solution to the problem.

We appreciate any minimum quantity even if it is 1000Pcs! Even for the minimum qty order, if it is required then we do pcs to pcs check to control the quality with the view of not only our benefit but also to provide support so that our client can also rise as a giant importer all over the world!

Our price: FOB, CNF, and CIF however the high preference is always on FOB.

Payments:  We work on TT or LC where Letter of Credit should be established as At sight.
